Orissa Philatelic Association released one special cover on 12-01-2010 by H.H.Dalailama during his visit to Odisha and inaugurated the Padmasambhava Mahavihar(Rigon Thupten Monastery) at Chandragiri,Odisha.

".The Ringo thupten mind-rolling monastery was started in 1961 at Jerango,Chandragiri,Odisha.This is the largest monastery in the Eastern India. Built in an area of 10acres land,it is a marvelous center of of worship.It is five storied complex having huge meditation hall and various temples inside the complex.The majestic and magnificent 21 feet image of Lord Budha and 17 feet statue of both lord Padmasambhava and compassion god lord Avalokiteswar create an environment of divinity."
Cover depicts the Padmasambhava Mahavihar(Rigon Thupten Manstery) which is the Ripa lineage Tibetan Budhist manastery located in Odisha,and H.E.Namkha Drimed Rinpoche and Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche
Cancellation depicts Bajra and lotus.
